Three brick fence posts in Arco, Idaho knocked apart by a vehicle, torn down to the footing and rebuilt with new caps.

There is a lot of agriculture around Arco, Idaho. Sometimes a farmer working 20-hour days forgets to hitch their trailer properly, and this is what can happen. Three fence posts were damaged, the brick cracked and shoved out of line with the caps sitting crooked on top and the iron rails bent along with them.

The fix is not complicated. We took the damaged posts down, set new rebar and grouted the cores, and laid the brick back up to match what was already there, then re-set the caps.

This is a pretty standard job, honestly. I only posted it because my dad was helping. Dad was 87 on this one and still helping me out, with Mom nearby calling the shots. I have no words.
